We develop custom special-shaped carbon fiber tubes for applications that require unique aerodynamics, ergonomics, or packaging: oval and D-shaped tubes for airflow and grip, flat/rectangular tubes for low-profile mounts, and precision guides for sports or industrial mechanisms. Our engineering team supports laminate design (UD, ±45°, 0/90°, fabric hybrids), edge reinforcement, insert bonding, and surface finishing. Provide CAD, target loads, and tolerance requirements; we will propose manufacturable layups, tooling plans, and lead times. Typical use cases include fishing gear guides, bicycle components, handheld tools, medical devices, and streamlined UAV structures.
