Technical Parameters
| Indicator Name | International Standard Parameters | International Compliance and Description |
|---|---|---|
| Material Composition | 3K Carbon Fiber + Epoxy Resin | Can be optimized according to export market requirements, ensuring product environmental compliance |
| Density | 1.5 – 1.6 g/cm³ | Weight reduced by 40%-60% compared to steel (1/4) and aluminum alloy (2/3), significantly lowering transportation costs and final product weight |
| Tensile Strength | > 3000 MPa | Excellent anti-impact performance, resistant to deformation under long-term load, suitable for high-load applications |
| Flexural Strength | > 2500 MPa | Strong resistance to bending deformation, excellent structural stability, suitable for complex stress-bearing structures and supporting frame structures |
| Elastic Modulus | ≥ 220 GPa | High rigidity, good resilience after force application; maintains stable shape under temperature changes or long-term loading |
| Operating Temperature Range | -60°C – 150°C | Retains over 90% tensile strength at -40°C, no risk of brittle fracture; customizable high-temperature version available |
Product Advantages
Flexible customization: Adjust color, size, thickness and process as needed. No mold modification required. Small batches can be made, suitable for personalized scenarios
Excellent cost performance: The unit price is higher than that of steel, but the overall weight reduction reduces transportation and installation costs, the long service life requires less replacement, and it is corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free, resulting in lower long-term costs
Multi-scenario adaptation: Lightweight, high-strength, weather-resistant, customizable, applicable across multiple industries, no need for separate purchase
FAQ
1. What is the minimum customization quantity? Is customization for individual samples supported?
There is no minimum order quantity. Customization of individual samples is supported (sample fees are calculated based on actual costs, and sample fees can be deducted for bulk orders). It is suitable for customers to test the size, strength and appearance compatibility in the early stage.
2. Will the strength of carbon fiber square tubes decrease when used in low-temperature environments (such as below -40 ℃)? Will there be a risk of cracking?
Carbon fiber material maintains stable performance within the range of -60 ℃ to 150℃. At -40℃, its tensile strength can still remain above 90% of that at room temperature, and its flexural strength can still remain above 85%, with no risk of brittle cracking. However, it is necessary to avoid "sudden heating at low temperatures" (such as direct contact from -40 ℃ to a heat source above 80℃), otherwise the surface coating may develop tiny cracks, affecting the appearance but not the structural strength. It is recommended to place it in a normal temperature environment for 1-2 hours before assembly before using it at low temperatures.
3. What should be noted when connecting carbon fiber square tubes with metals (such as aluminum alloy) and plastic fittings? Are special connectors needed?
When connecting with metal parts, it is recommended to use stainless steel screws (avoid aluminum screws to prevent electrochemical corrosion), and place a 1-2mm thick silicone gasket on the contact surface (to reduce wear caused by vibration and friction). When connecting with plastic parts, the tightening force should be controlled (the torque should not exceed 5N · m) to prevent the plastic parts from being fractured.
4. After receiving the custom-made carbon fiber square tubes, if the dimensions do not match the order, how should it be handled?
If the dimensional deviation (exceeding the tolerance of ±0.1mm) is caused by our processing error, it can be remade free of charge, and the round-trip freight will be borne by us. If the size/color number provided by the customer is incorrect and a new customization is required, the customer shall bear the production and related costs.
