FAQ

1. Does the carbon fiber plate support on-site cutting?

Supported, but special tools must be used to avoid the formation of fiber fluff during the cutting process. It is recommended to complete customized processing in the factory, and only perform simple cutting on site. After cutting, the edges need to be ground to prevent fiber shedding.


2. Does the product support waterproofing? Will using it in a humid environment affect performance?

The product itself has excellent water resistance. The base resin can effectively prevent water penetration. After the immersion test (soaking in normal temperature clean water for 30 days), the mechanical property attenuation rate is less than 5%. However, it should be noted that if there are unsealed cutting surfaces at the edges of the product, long-term immersion may cause water to seep in slowly. Therefore, it is recommended to seal the cutting edges (such as applying epoxy resin sealant) when used outdoors or in a humid environment.


3. What are the precautions for the transportation and storage of the product?

During transportation, avoid severe collisions and compressions. It is recommended to use foam cushioning materials for wrapping, and the stacking height should not exceed three layers (to prevent the lower layer products from being deformed under pressure). When storing, it should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated and light-proof environment, avoiding contact with strong acids, strong alkalis and other corrosive substances. The storage temperature should be controlled between 0℃ and 30℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 60%. The shelf life is 12 months (unopened).
