Plain weave carbon fiber plate is a high-performance plate made by compounding carbon fiber and resin matrix. It adopts plain weave weaving technology (1×1 interwoven structure), featuring an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio and stability. It is made by alternately interweaving carbon fiber filaments (common specifications such as 3K and 1K) up and down to form a uniform grid. After resin impregnation and lamination curing, it is usually formed by autoclave molding or vacuum hot pressing process to ensure that the board is flat, free of bubbles and defects, and the interlayer bonding is tight. The surface presents regular grid patterns with clear and symmetrical textures. We offer a variety of surface treatments: matte/glossy, 3K texture, and pure black color. The size specifications are flexible and can be customized for production.

Customizable Specifications

  • Size customization: Standard sizes include 100×500, 200×300, 400×400, 400×500, 500×500, 500× 600mm, etc. Single sheet customization up to 1500mm×2500mm is supported. It can also be cut into irregular sizes (such as circles, triangles, irregular polygons, etc.) according to requirements.

  • Thickness customization: The standard thickness is 0.2- 5mm. Customization is supported for ultra-thin versions (0.3mm) and ultra-thick versions (5mm and above). The thickness tolerance can be controlled within ±0.05mm
