Twill carbon fiber flat plates are high-performance plates made by compounding carbon fiber filaments with resin matrix through twill weaving technology. The core adopts a 2×2 or 4×4 twill interwoven structure (the warp and weft are woven in a pattern of one up and two down or two up and one down), which not only has excellent mechanical properties but also outstanding appearance and texture. It is an ideal composite material choice that combines functional requirements and visual effects.
The diagonal texture is formed by the interweaving of carbon fiber bundles of 1K, 3K, 6K and other specifications in both warp and weft directions. The interweaving points are fewer than those of plain weave. After resin impregnation and lamination curing, a dense board is formed. The fiber orientation is mainly laid at 0°/90°, and the outer twill pre-impregnated material ensures the appearance and texture.
The surface presents clear and continuous diagonal patterns, with a strong three-dimensional effect and prominent visual impact. Two basic surface treatments are provided: matte and glossy.
